From booking to your happy return — the full process step by step.

1Booking
Book and pay online
The entire reservation is done through our website. Choose your dates, pay by card online and you're all set.

2Arrival time
Set the time you want to be taken to the airport
When booking, enter the date and time of your arrival at the parking lot. Your arrival time = shuttle departure time.
Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early — your arrival time equals the shuttle departure time. -
3Return date
Set your return date with a +3 hour buffer
We recommend setting your parking end date +3 hours after your scheduled landing time. Flights can be delayed — the buffer protects you from an extra €15 charge for exceeding your reservation.

4Email instructions
You'll receive all information by email
Full instructions are sent immediately after booking. You'll also receive reminders:
24 h before arrival — detailed info about arriving at the parking lot24 h before departure — info about your return transfer from the airport

Barrier, spot, transfer — everything runs automatically.

5Entry
The barrier opens automatically
The camera reads your licence plate, or scan your QR code from your booking — the barrier lifts automatically. If there's a technical issue, press the button, give your order number to our dispatch and we'll let you in.

6Parking
Park in any available spot
No need to find a specific spot. The lot is monitored 24/7 by a camera system — your car is safe throughout our premises.

7Transfer to the airport
Shuttle to the airport
Our transfer will take you to the airport. You'll receive the details via SMS to the number provided during booking. The driver may call you, but doesn't have to — keep an eye on your messages.

Landed? Great — we're here for you.

Pick up your luggage first
After landing, take your time to collect all your luggage. Only then contact our transfer. No rush — we'll wait.

9Return transfer
Call us for your ride back
When you're ready with your luggage, call our number and we'll send a vehicle for you. You'll also receive an SMS with pickup info.

10Exit
The barrier lets you out — same as on arrival
On exit, the licence plate or QR code is recognised automatically. If neither works — press the button and give your order number to dispatch and you're free to go.
If you have an outstanding charge of €15 / day for exceeding your reservation, you'll need to pay by card at the barrier before it opens.
