Frequently asked questions
How does the barrier open on arrival?
A camera at the barrier reads your licence plate, or you hold the QR code from your booking up to the reader — the barrier lifts automatically. If there's an issue, press the button and our dispatch will let you in.
What if my flight is delayed?
We recommend setting your departure date +3 hours after the scheduled landing. This avoids the €15 surcharge for an unplanned extension of your booking.
How does the shuttle back work after landing?
After landing, first collect your luggage, then call our number +421 222 111 166 and we'll send a vehicle for you.
How does payment work?
The entire booking and payment is done online by card on our website. The price you see when booking is final — no hidden fees.
